Question about Leukic

Hi. I am new to this site but not new to weightlifting. I have been lifting for 3 years now and am 17 years old. My main goal with weightlifting is to get more strength for football and track(Shotput and discus). I've bought Leukic because to me it looked like a good supplement. I've tried Creatine and I took it for 3 days and drank pleanty of water but still got cramps and diahrea so I stopped taking it. But I havent tried the Leukic yet and I am wondering if there are any negative side effects with it?? Also I only work out 4 days a week so on the 3 days when I do not work out, do I still have to take a dose in the morning? And last but not least, what is your overall opinion about this product? i have taken leukic for 4 months (not consecutivly) with a weight gainer protein. every month i take it i gain about 7-8 lbs of lean muscle mass, and i love the product. i have had no negative side effects, it is an anabolic amino acid and therefore dose NOT mess with hormones or need to be cycled with PCT. and yes take a dose in the mornings on your off days and on work out days take a dose in the morning and then again before you work out.

isn't leukic or leukix the same as regular old bcaa's?
