my opinion is that it really isn't an effective routine. there's no resting days in between each weight session except for just the weekends off. there really needs to be a split. i think 2 sets for an exercise isn't sufficient enough(it's almost like a warmup), and going for 12 is a little too many reps if you're really going for mass. (12 reps should just be for starters) meh.. thats just what I think anyway...
