1) Nutrex Vitargo CGL creatine : claims to put dextrose creatine to shame. Your thoughts?

2) San Ox : Another everlastin pump supplement. Your thoughts?

1) Where's the proof? Every transport system puts everybody else to shame. Is it marketing only or is there some slight evidence this might be true.

2) There's a big jump to get on the next generation of NO2 supplements. Did the originals work that well? Do you feel that pumps build muscle? Maybe having more open-pathways will deliver more nutrients and thus, that does build muscle.

I guess no real thoughts other then.. more products, more marketing and more momentum to keep the supplement industry alive. Unless there's some type of evidence that it puts a dextrose system to shame, I can't see how it does with words that sell.
