Question... - Saturday, July 01, 2006 9:06 AM
Should I focus more on my abs once I start to cut?

Someone always has to write on the walls "Mike was here". But then someone else puts an arrow and it says "Mike is a ****got". So Mike comes back to check it out, "What the hell?! I was here but not as a ****got!"

You should focus on your abs just as much whether you're bulking or cutting- Like Weston said, they're just like any other muscle. Adding more attention to your ab routine when cutting isn't going to get rid of more fat in that area.
