I've read your post between the difference in strength and mass, why is it that lower reps build strength yet higher reps build hypertrophy? Whats the difference? Is there a medium that'll give you the best of both worlds? Thanks

This is what I have done for all my clients who wanted to add size with strength. I'll just give you an example for the rep scheme: 5 sets x 5 reps 3 sets x 8-15 reps First perform the 5x5 for strength while you are still fresh.
