Question about work out schedule - Friday, January 27, 2006 9:38 PM ( #1 )
I decided im going to lift to build mass till Xc season starts (reffer to my other thread). so im thinking about lifting 2x per week, but when should i do legs (should i do them on the same day as i do upper body, and if so, should i do them first or last?).

You could split it between upper and lower or do full body workouts its all upto you.

twice a week is a pretty bad routine man, all you can do is upper/lower body routine.

day 1 upper
day 2 lower

or you cvan mix the muscles up, but your really not gonna have a great workout
