I like to take my creatine after I workout with a carbohydrate supplement and protein. Been on creatine for quite awhile with no side effects other than better gains.

Creatine is awesome. Works well, just have to be patient when first starting out. You will have more of a psychological effect at start. Then after a while, you will see gains with endurance, just make sure to drink plenty of water, or you might get dehydrated.

Gatorade isn't a bad idea, although fructose isn't the best form of sugar. If you buy an unflavored, mix it in some simple sugar source. If you buy one with some type of transport already blended in (IE: Dextrose or CEE) you can just do it in water post workout.

I have tried mono creatine and did not like it. Right now, I am on ester creatine and I love the absorbtion rate. Within minutes, I feel like I am able to workout for hours. But I don't feel sore, due to the N02/Amino acids intake.

Last gatorade label I read said that it has Sucrose syrup as well as HFCS. No Fructose as HFCS isn't techniqually fructose.

i heard that if you mix creatine with OJ the acidity in the OJ starts to break down the creatine before it is absorbed. not sure if its true but i always mix with a light grape juice anyone have any insight on the kre-alkalyn creatine? i got a free bottle at the arnold this year and i'm not too sure what the deal is with this stuff.
