QUESTION!

Hey, I have a new routine, one that i think will work, but I have a question I cant do high deadlifts because i'm limited in the amount of weights i have, and same for squats and i don't have a bench. So my question is even though i cant go too high should i still do a little isolation work or just cut it out and go for higher reps on my low weight compunds? By the way im trying to bulk!

Bodyweight exercises work great. My link is all about bodyweight exercises. Isolation work is more for shaping muscles after a solid foundation is formed. Don't shy away from them, but don't expect huge gains from doing them either.
