How much saturated fat is acceptable in a 2000 calorie a day cutting diet?

From the bit I understand, on avg, you should have no more than 30% fats in your diet. I have read that of those 30%, 10 should be monosat, 10 polyunsat, and the other 10 sat.

So I get 66.67 grams of total fat. 66.67x9=600.03 which is 30% of 2000. So, 66.67 divided by 3 is 22.223grams each for sat, poly, and mono. So, about 22 grams of sat fat is max by my est.

So, I think that would be the answer. Sounds good to me anyway.

I seem to recall that something like 10% of your daily calories should come from saturated fat which is about 20 grams in a 2000 calorie diet but double check that. Someone here might have some better data or a different opinion.
