Push Harder - Wednesday, March 11, 2009 7:18 PM ( #1 )
Well, my enrollment in the AD (Athletics) is going to be terminated, so I'll be cramming for now on to shove in as much cardio as I can do. I hurt my growth plate on my knee (Already kinda short, don't wanna stay that way), so I can't squat until June-ish, and can't run til next week. I had to walk on a treadmill with my incline jacked up as hard as i could get it. I did it for 10 minutes, and burned around 100 calories. Pretty good for a brisk walk uphill. After the dreadfully slow walk on the dreadmill, I got myself on the stationary bike. Biked for 2.30 miles, and burned 50 calories, still, pretty good for a brisk 10 minute deal.

So, on to weight lifting. Chest/Tri day

Two sets of 15x20 skull crusher
Two sets of 10x50 DB Press
Three sets of 8x100 Deadlift

For Dinner, I'm eating some great soup, with 140 calories, only 4.5 grams of fat, 16 grams of fat, and a whopping 8 grams of protein. Pretty good for a soup. Also, som esalad with Catalina dresing.

I'm gonna weigh myself in a few minutes, hoping to weigh 128!

Good Night

Ok, haven't posted in awhile, maily cause I sat around all weekend lol. To my great satisfaction, I've started to bost my metabolism dramatically. I'm no longer in "Diet mode," and have been eating what I want, and have lost around 4.4 pounds to be precise. All in a weekend, with strength gains shoting through the roof.

Today I signed up for track (Foolproof plan to arrange my pernamnet place in Athletics!) Let me tell you, I have not done so much cardio in FOREVER! Sprinted 1000 meters, ran 10 bleachers and walked 2000 meters.

In weight room, I did Tri/Chest.
2 Sets of 6x95 on bench
3 Sets of 3x65 on Clean
2 Sets of 6x75 on close grip bench
2 Sets of OH 8xbar
3 Sets of BO Rows 8x50
2 Sets of Upright Rows 8x50

Not as intense as I'd like, but I was beat from track lol
