I've posted a question about purple k before but didnt seem to get too many reponses. I was wondering if this product is a good one. I've heard its one of the best ceatines and helps you with strength and since there isnt much water retention doest help your size much.... im taking no xplode and cell tech right now but am not seeing results and im sick of taking the shakes, pills would be much easier to take. I also hate that you have to take no xplode on an empty stomach cause when im at the gym im starvin like marvin.... so should i take purple k ..........thanks

From my research..and others opinions, sounds like stick with the shakes with creatine, and get Micronized Creatine Monohydrate.
Don't take NO-xPlode, try Superpump250, or another Pre-work out supp.

I've taken Cre Mono and it cause stomach pains. For me Kre-Alk is the way to go. If you get on Sci-Fits mailing list, they aways have a buy one get 2 free.

I got Kre-Alkalyn today...Guy at the store said it works great and everyone that works at the store uses it...Yeah get SciFit Kre-Alkalyn 1500.
Also the guy at the store said some people see better results from the shakes only because they tend to drink more, but the pills do the same thing, just drink A LOT of water with them.

joez, have you taken Kre-Alkalyn before? See good results? What type of results did you see?
Also should you cycle Kre-Alkalyn? If so, what is the cycle like?

I use it about every 4 weeks. My results consisted of fuller looking muscles. To be honest, it was my wife that noticed. She said..."what are you taken now?"

I read the articles and sounded good....I see there is split opinions on this product here, just like any other product. I guess I will give it ashot myself..
However that guy in the article said he took 2 capsules before workout and 2 after..But the bottle says 2 in morning and 2 prior to work out..I will stick with what the bottle says however....
What if you workout in the morning? Then when should you take the 2nd dose? Also on non work out days, do you only take 2 capsules in the morning?

I typically take it 30 minutes before workout with juice.. apple, grape, cranberry. After workout with 80 grams of carbs... gatorade, white bread to spike the insulin.

Ok, I guess I will try that...Now just like any other creatine aren't you suppose to have A LOT of water with the product?

That's correct. Oh, I only take 2 a day.. not four. I give the the high carb drink about 30-45 minutes in my system before I let the flood gates open to drink the 1 to 1.5 gals a day.

Why do you only take 2 a day and not 4? Today was my first day and I took 4.........
And also I have taken both doses with a full glass of water and have been drinking water all day.

I just bought kre alkalyn, it says on the bottle to take 2 a day either in the morn or 1 hr before your workout, but purple k is 2 before and 2 after workouts. Should i just do 2 a day or 4 2 before and 2 after

SInce today was my first day and I worked out around 1 I took 2 prior and then just now I took 2 post...Tomorrow I will do what the bottle recommends 2 in the morn and 2 prior to work out, but since I got a late start today I figured why not take the extra dose to get this thing in my body faster..However i am still pending wether or not I'll be taking 4 a day or 2 a day...
nrod please keep me posted on your results from Kre-Alkalyn since I am taking it too, I want to be able to compare to someone else, knowing wether or not I respond well to creatine. Thanks.

I just started today too....thats funny
But the bottle says take 2 capsules daily or 1 hour before your workout....so i think your only supposed to take 2 a day

I believe the bottle says 1-2 capsules in the morning and 1-2 capsules 30-45 minutes prior to workout. Maybe I'll just do 1 capsule each time.
