350??? i have a 100LB everlast bag its 110$ I built the stand for it though. But I would go to a used sports store get a used stand and buy a new bag for it.

You should be able to get a heavy bag for like 100 bucks and the mounting stuff for the ceiling for like another 20 bucks(make sure it has a swivel).

Craigslist. Seriously.

I've seen 80 lb ones with ceiling mounts for 50 bucks.

ah gotcha, the heavy bag stands are OK if you throw some 45's on them to weight them down but you cant really move around them so you cant train with moving your feet. Take a look at the wavemaster XXXL standup ones. With 250 lbs of sand in them they are pretty tough to knock over from punching.

You can still move them around, they have a round base so you just tilt them and roll them! Besides a hanging bag I liked those the best of all the ones I have used.

Any martial arts store will have them, hell I think amazon may have free shipping on them. They are not cheap but they are the only thing that I can throw full power on and they dont want to tip over. They do slide a bit but that just forces you to move your feet.
