2 scoops vanilla whey power 2 tablespoons pure pumpkin 11/2 cups soy milk 1 egg white (optional) 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice sweeten with splenda to taste. It takes a little while to get the recipe down just right, but once you do, it's like pumpkin pie in a glass, and it's good for you! mmm....pumpkin pie....

ORIGINAL: Godzmarine Soy milk!? Well, you could use skim, but I like soy better. Plus it has no lactose and less sugar.
