Yesterday, as i was working out in my school gym, on my last set of pull downs i pulled my right arm, between bicep, and tricep.

well today, i was working out, i had forgotten all about that, popped a creatine, amino acids just bought today, techno blasting, barbells set, i was just starting on routine, as my right arm started hurting i remembered yesterday, but i figured with all the stuff in me i might as well just keep on going atleast half of the regular. i kept going till i could not take it anymore, and now, well the pain is leaving, but i am left with some questions

1) Are there any supplements to hurry the recovery process of problems like these?

2) How bad is this to work on your body while you are in pain?

Come on, you should know better than that. Of course it's bad to work your body when you're in pain- Sometimes you can get away with it- Say, when you've hurt your foot and still want to work your biceps, for example- But if you've hurt your arm and you're still trying to do upper body work- Well, you're asking for trouble. Pain is not, as they used to say in the army, weakness leaving the body- Pain is your body's way of letting you know there's something wrong. If you try to ignore it and train through it, you could lengthen the amount of time it'll take to heal at the very least, and end up with a much more serious, possibly crippling injury at the worst. In my opinion, don't be so worried about supps to speed the recovery- Stay away from that muscle, eat eat eat, and rest.
