So i've started doing wind sprints as my cardio. All was going well yesterday till my next to last sprint and then pop, pulled hammy. I stretched and warmed up and everything, i dont see how this could have happened. So you guys got anything i could do to help speed up the rehab process?

Ouch! You have to start treatment as soon as possible for best recovey. RICE (rest, ice, compress, elevate) is very useful within 2 days. Mobilisation with stretching and strengthening through the pain free range helps alot to reduce swelling and ensure repaired muscle is layed down correct and prevent future troubles. Scared tissue or calcification is painfull and is not easy to get rid of once its there. The hamstring is made up of three muscles so in the stretching you need to do internal and external rotations of the foot during stretches to reach all three. Hold static stretches for 30 seconds, and dont bounce in and out of the painful region. Once swelling is reduced, increase exercise load slowly starting with something like walking then biking etc., as long as it doesnt hurt. Hopefully it isnt a teat at the tendon? You need to give this attention so I found a link which goes into depth. http://www.physioroom.com/injuries/hip_and_thigh/hamstring_strain_full.php It gives a schedule for rehabilitation and depending on severity, you could be back up in two to three weeks.
