Public Plea - I Do Not And Will Not Tolerate DMCA Violations - Thursday, April 14, 2005 8:05 PM ( #1 )
How many times must I get these?

maqk it's me again, the guy with the 60 pounds, but now are 62 pounds,(2 pounds so nice), well, i did try the MAX-OT trainig and it did not made so much on me, i did the complete 12 weeks, and now i will try the maximun anabolic one, but i saw that i have to buy the book, and i'm not a guy with much money acctualy i own some money, and i was wondering that if you can tell me a link, os do you have the book on your computer, that you can give me that information, please, i've been trying to achieve muscle, but for me is so hard to get a diet, because it will be expensive and too much time, and i spent so much time on school stuff, that i just can't eat those famous 5 times a day, i eat 2 times at home, and i drink 3 proteins shake, so please...please made the information easy for me so i can get the maximun muscle i can in these 4 months that i have left on the gym, cause i will go to college( medicine) and i will not have time to go to the gym, so please mark i know you can do it.

please
see ya...take care, keep gainig muscle as i can't
bye

This is a public plea.

If you cannot afford these books for whatever reasons, then just keep reading. You'll find all the info out eventually. I understand everybody has different financial circumstances.

But asking for copyrighted materials from people (collegues) I like and work with (help me out and such) is just plain rude. And a violation of the law. I am pretty happy with DB. Kris and I don't need a lawsuit. Thanks.

These are the types of emails I will not answer anymore.

Peace

Yeah guys - it's still possible to be enrolled in Med School and have not an extra dime to ones name. Under those circumstances a couple of twenties is the grocerymoney and cannot be wasted on books - no matter how much one desires them. I remember being so frigging poor my last year of medschool that I waited tables in a high end coffee shop in NYC. Made a fortune in tips when the nice older women would ask what I was studying and I answered honestly. Guess I looked like husband material for their daughters or something! (grin) When everyone else was playing with recreational drugs we were stealing various items out of a locked cabinet in the ORfor weekend ammusement. Not my best of times. (grin)

I am too new at this to speak wtih any credability - but even I have figured out that diet is critical. I'm having to force myself to eat about 3400 calories a day to put on muscle. If ya don't eat you cannot build muscle. Oh the protein and shakes and other things help. Seroids let you get the most energy out of the food you do injest and boost the anabolic process of muscle formation - but you've still got to supply the basic food to run your body, cover your activity level, and creat an excess from where this new tissue can be supplied from. It's basic and yet so hard to implement in real life. Just the time it takes to fix and eat three or four meals / snacks/ shakes/ etc., is a major change for me. But it's helping. The muscles are getting a newer rounder more three dimensional look already. . . after only about 10 days. Apparently the changes happen fast when you've got the caloric intake, nutrients, and training aspects all under control.

As for the books on the definative steroid bible, etc., these are works owned by their authors and are copyrighted. If you want them you need to be prepared to pay for them. They contain nothing earth shattering - but they do guide you with much more info than most doctors ever acquire! IMHO they are mostly well worth the money. If you're going to kick the muscle building from slow and natural to drug enhanced and faster - then at least don't take chances and hurt yourself. Get the right info and do it correctly. More is NOT always better and these things do have side effects and can create other problems after longterm use. Read the guides carefully and be certain you fully understand what you're reading before you buy or use these products.

Dude, you do not HAVE TO get this particular book. and by that i do not have a single bad thing to say about the book (i have heard great results from close buddies of mine), but i just do not want you tp think that you can't get results otherwise. to be honest, if i had never touched weights in my life and had access to the net and especially DB.com, i would still see amazing results by tapping into the wealth of info here. in the last 4 months of me attaching myself to the guys and girls on this site, i have learnt so much that it would cost me £1000s if i tried buying all the info. do your research, go through the nutrition forum, the exercise forum and put a plan together and try it out, if it works, continue, if it does not, then change and try again.
you have already said you are too new to this, so i hope you are not hinting that you are juicing already?! cos if you are, then i think you will get yourself into serious trouble. i say that simply because if you do not have the patience and persistence to continue working at something TILL you see results, then the steroids will simply not help. people on steroids actually work twice as hard to get their gains (in terms of diet and work outs) if i were you i would start by focusing on the diet aspect first and get that nailed before even thinking about any thing else. you have said it yourself that the diet side is very important and this so true if you want to grow.
saying all that, if you can afford the books, then by all means go for them as there are some really good ones out there. i myself have the BFFM by Tom Venuto and find the information tottaly invaluable.
THE END HAS COME FOR NOBUNAGA!!!!!

Any jackball that can't at least properly construct an e-mail isn't worthy of a response, let alone copywritten material! Plus he's in college no less!? Tell him to send the request in 5 different languages and you'll consider it. That should keep him busy. What's with this 62lbs. business? He's happy cause he moved up 2 pounds!?
If you fail to plan, you plan to fail!

Good points guys. And all valid.

At once point I used to respond to these.. but each person got more and more vulgar. As I would explain....

The last email I would get from "this type" would be an "f u you greedy ****."

Hence... the red flag is...

- I know you have it.. help me out -

All this person wants along with most that would send such is a freebie. And if you don't provide.. they have plenty to say to you.

WOT

This makes me sick. Dude's asking for a handout, and he calls you Maqk- Didn't Captain Kirk fight that guy once?
And he's going to school for medicine? I counted seven spelling errors in his short begging, and didn't even bother with the grammar. He said he "owns some money", so investing in a spell checker should be his first priority- Unless of course he meant to write that he "owes some money", in which case the spelling errors go up to eight. Studying medicine? Do us all a favor and limit your studies of medicine to creeping around the aisles of your local Duane Reade. Why am I being so harsh?
1- Anyone who wants to be even remotely involved in the medical field should have a firm grasp of the language. I run boilers for a living, and I can spell- Don't let me embarrass you.
2- Anyone who wants to be involved in medicine should also know right off the bat that you need to eat to gain muscle, in my opinion- If you think you can gain a lot of muscle with the right program and a piss poor amount of food, you should probably forget about medical school.
3- You're a begger. Worse than that, you're a begger who has resorted to pity to try to get Marc (That's the proper way to spell Maqk's name, by the way- Write it down somewhere.) to give you an e-book he paid for- For nothing. And when you don't get your free book, you're probably cursing Marc's name with very bad grammar. Forget about all the time and effort he puts into this site and Freedomfly- Keeping both places running nicely, as well as posting personal answers to as many questions as possible- (Have you checked out his number of posts?) AND writing e-books of his own, setting up cafepress merchandise, corresponding with other authors, and all sorts of other stuff- He won't give you a copy of Optimum Anabolics- (By the way, If you were trying to spell Optimum, you were definitely way off on that one.) So that makes him a bad guy. You're an idiot who doesn't deserve muscle, or medical school- This guy has done more than enough for you, and everyone else who's ever been to this site, or seen anything else Marc's been involved in. And you should be thankful that Marc won't post your email address here- You'd probably have to close it down in a couple of days if he did, since I'm sure many of this site's loyal members would have plenty to say to you.
