Ok I know what your saying PUDDING!? WHAT!? and I bet you sounded like Borat doing it. But its "sugar free" meaning its greatly reduced and the carbs are low. I eat it pwo, just about after every workout. So here's what we got.

ingredients:
1 Box of jello brand instant pudding.
1 scoup protien powder.
16 oz skim milk.
(I have choclate ppowder so I use the choclate fudge pudding)

Steps (this is important, it actually took me a few times to figre this out. so pay attentionSmile)
Step 1: I use a plastic container since I'm in my dorm, it has a screw on lid with a siping hole and a plug. And it has measurements on the side. So I pour 16 oz's cold skim milk into the container. Next I add the protien powder. I shake the powder up as well as I can. I've found out that even if there are still a few chunks of ppowder in there its okay, you'll never know. Then add your pudding mix and shake until it gets thick. pour into a container I guess you could keep it in the one you mixed it in if you really wanted to. Put it in the fridge and comeback in an hour or so.

I eat it all at once but I guess I could try to add more ppowder and seperate it out more. I'll let you know if that works.  But here's what you get if prepared like this.

Protien: 32 (20 grahms per scoup of my ppowder)
Fat: 0g's
Carbs: 51

wow thats way more carbs than what I should be taking in. so I'll add more protien powder and eat a smaller serving and let you know how that goes.

But either way this is a very tasty protien treat.

theres nothing wrong w/ 51g of carbs postwo IMO.  actually i think thats perfect.  if you dont like that though, you can try to get a sugar free jello pudding if the store has it

I'm using sugar free. I'd hate to see what whole sugar would be. But I tried 4 scoups and 4 equal servings and I almost puked. so This will have to stay as is for now. But the way I have it set up its great. The reason I said it was too much is I'm trying to go low carb. And this doesn't exactly fit that bill so I'll just keep this as a treat instead of an everyday PWO. I'll save it for leg day.Smile

Yes... I have... Smile

At first I liked the taste and then I didn't.  But in it's defense, I ONLY tried vanilla which you didn't seem to like either.  If you examine the label carefully, you will see that soy protein is pretty high up on the list.  Not that it's bad.. I just prefer more biologically available sources.

Muscle Milk Pudding by Cytosport

I liked it better and I liked the makeup of the proteins they used to be more suitable for bodybuilding.

Agreed, I didnt like the vanilla at all, but the choco is way tastier. And I typically like vanilla everything over chocolate. I will have to try the Muscle Milk pudding, I saw it at GNC last time I was there.
