You could strip the meat off the bone and weigh it, then get a rough estimate from a known chicken nutrition label. http://www.google.com/s...iled+chicken&spell=1 You also have to take into account how it was prepared, boiled, baked, BBQ, deep fried, etc. I would think its incredibly inaccurate and its better to boil chicken and load it up with spices.
Three week keto test run Started July 19 It will work, or I'm done dieting.

Do not include bones. If there's a bone in your chicken breast, double think(1984 reference, Orwell) what company your purchasing from. They may not be as sound as you once thought.

I remember eating breast off the bone back in the day. Good stuff. At any rate, yea, that's not the M.O. these days. "Boneless" is typically implied.

I would suggest chicken breast, instead of chicken wings. In 100 grams of chicken breast, there is approximately 20 grams of protein. So, 1 kg of chicken breast is approximately 200 g of protein.

i think its more like 30 gms .... boiled... as chicken has approx just less than 1/3 of the weight as protien...
