This is a good shake and tastes great, not too mention ALOT of protien. take 2 scoops of your fav Protien powder (choclates by far the best tasting), then a table spoon of peanut butter 16 ounces of skim milk (i add a little more) then 4-6 ice cubes and then blend. This thing is awesome realy low in useless fat and a good hit of protien.

I would like know what other fruits are good in protein shakes. I'm sick of protein power, water, strawberries, bananas, and ice.

Kinda funny I just posted this link in another post. I've tried a few of these recepies when i first started using whey protein. Right now i'm simply doing 2 scoops of ons double chocolate with 1 serving of oats. Sub for flavor'd oats like cinamin if you don't mind the added sugar. Also note I mix my shakes in water and they still taste great.

You can try raspberries, blackberries, or blueberries instead of strawberries. Oranges might taste good in vanilla (maybe kind of like an Orange Julius?).

I put a few tablespoons of fatfree yougurt in mine as well. And berry time is upon us, just got a box of raspberries at costco today.
