Hi,

I have been using pro80 proteine for a while now.
I always used milk to mix it with.

But I dont really fancy milk so I thought maybe someone of you knows
an alternative for me. I have vanille proteine.

Please let me know.

Best regards
Kees

I use water at work.. and it mixes just fine.

I also know a friend who has vanilla protein.. she doesn' t like the taste of just the vanilla so she mixes it with some kind of fruit juice. Seems to like that just as well.

BTW, I only use vanilla in my oatmeal, or if I was blending it with fruit.

Thanks for your replies!

Though vanilla proteine mixed with water tastes terrible.

Dont know about the fruit juice and I dont know which fruit juice would be
mixable with vanilla proteine....

Any suggestions??

You must not be taking the right vanilla protein.. SportPharma Just-Whey is just fine.

But.. it' s all personal taste preferences.

I talked to my co-worker. She said she just mixes it with about a 1/4 of the can of frozen juice concentrate. Dole or Minute Maid Tropical.

Personally, probably high in sugar. You might find a lower fruit concentrate or juice that you like and experiment with some interesting tropical flavors.

But even with the sugar maybe being high, it' s better then not eating properly.

If the vanilla isn' t your favorite, try another brand. Or try chocolate. Or any other flavors. Took me a long time before I found one that mixed well with water and that I like the taste.

Fruit juice concentrate is an interesting alternative though. Check the labels and find a low sugar option and think.. would this taste good with vanilla? She found one. Smile
