Is there any risk of overloading your kidneys/liver with 1 whey protein shake (containing about 20 grams of protein) every 2 days?
NO, 50 grams is the daily recommended amount, and thats for ppl thats not active excercising and Lifting Weights....Protein Shake is just simply protein, its not going hurt anymore, than a glass of milk or a chicken breast.........
