I generally make my protein or gainer at home and carry it in a sipper to my gym or office. Is it bad if you make it in advance and consume it like 2-3 hours later? Should it be made fresh? It's easy to make it fresh (when you're out) with water, but what when you wanna use it with milk?

Isopure (40g), cytosport (40g), MM light (20g) (costco has these in 24pk sometimes) also EAS premade(17g). I think you should get a shaker, put your protein powder in it and just add 8oz water real quick, shake and slam. If you dont care about cost then those Isopure and cytosport are good if your tired of choc, vanilla kind of shakes.

Muscle Milk went on sale...$5.99, So I picked some up. Easier and safer than trying to mix the stuff while im working at the Computer. It has 6G of sugar though. That can't be good?? Seems most of you mix here. Cost effective. WD

well break it down into cost per serving size. my 5 lbs bag of myoplez chocolate poweder from sams cost me 29.99. it says to contain 76 servings. roughly for hte 23 g of proteins you are paying .39 per serving. thats a lot cheaper than buying a RTD shake for 3-4$ at a store or 4 for 5-6$ from else where. if your not worried about money RTD is quick. if your like me and a lot of the others and have a hard tiem affording eatting expensive whole food then this is the way to go.
