I would go with regular whey...ON 100% Whey....the ones you listed seem to be more of a pm type protein, like before bed

For what purpose? POst workout, whey is fine. Another other time, use a blend that contains casien.

GO with any good quality whey protein for after you train and early in the morning with breakfast...other than that stick to a casein protein such as musclemilk or muscle meal by Xyience or PM protein by GNC , etc , etc.. throughout your day to stay anabolic but your main concern should be keepin your actual diet high in protein/ carbs if your lookin to bulk up. dont forget EFA's like olive oils...salmon, tunafish, etc, etc.
