Protein and/or Glucosomine - Thursday, March 04, 2004 8:27 AM
I'm thinking of getting some Prolab 2000 Amino Acids. And I'm wondering is this a good quality of amnio acids? And I'm been told that Glucosomine is the primary make up of the skeletal muscle. Has anyone tried them both together and have had a good turn on these? I was told as long as you take some good amino acids you don't need to take an extra dose of Glucosomine. Any advice?

all glucosamine does is aid in joint care..rebuilds cartilage, fluid...sumthin like that....and amino acids are a "pre-digested" protein (from what ive been told) and just give the body an easier source of protien....i WAS using aminos(not sure the brand) maybe twinlab or prolab.i got them at gnc....i cant say i noticed anything but im sure thats all on the cellular levels.....and i always use glucosamine...helps with joint pain, at least it did for me.
