To start with I' m new to the forum and have read nearly every thread. Based on the info I bought my first protein powder not an mrp. I would like to have a lean look(6pak^^).

I am haveing trouble finding a casein powder that is afforable. I have been told by some stores that it is just not popular. I have only found 2 which cost $50-80 for the 2.2lb tub. These are of course retail store prices.

Also I understand that the net is the best place for value for pricing. Any suggestions for a Canadian online store.

Casien is one of the most expense powders available.

Try proteincustomizer.com. He sells wholesale casien at around $8-10 per pound.

You can have him cut it with egg and/or milk protein to make it even cheaper.

For example, I use a 50/25/25 casien/egg/milk blend.
