proteinfactory.com offers a very good knowledge base of various proteins, carbs, and fats for the serious athlete. They will custom mix your protein to order, adding flavors and sweeteners as you wish. As for customer service, they are pretty good. I placed an order a couple of weeks ago and it took about a week for me to get it. When I opened the box they had shipped me someone else' s order. Called their 800 number, explained what happened and they got my order out that same day. Three days later it was in my grubby little paws -- and everything was there.

I have never used PF.
I have used proteincustomizer.com and their products are top notch. They are cheaper as well.
