OK...I've got high Cholesterol. So I've been buying my protien based on which ever one has the lowest Cholesterol but that one happens to be the cheapest protein on the planet so I'm worried the I'm not getting good quality. I'm looking for a compromise ya know good quality with low Cholesterol. Anyone have any suggestions?

P.S. - My brother said that it doesn't matter because Whey protein has good Cholesterol in it not bad Cholesterol.

allthewhey sells protein with low cholesterol check it them out.

The cholesterol in whey protein comes primarily from WPC (whey protein concentrate) and from the flavor systems - noteably chocolate or chocolate-based flavors.

Whey protein is only one type of protein and not necessarily the "best" - although it is the best for post-workout. If cholesterol is a concern for you why not simply use a different protein source such as egg white?
