I drink ensures which carry 12g of protein. Should i get something different,that maybe ups the protein?Any ideas ideas or suggestions appreciated. Also, should i drink the protein or supplement drink before or after workouts and why?
If it helps decide this is pretty much my make-up

i think ensures are for the average person that doesnt workout hard. if you train hard, you need a whey protein supplement with like 23 grams of protein per scoop. you should take 1 scoop preworkout, and then 2 scoops immediately after your workout...

IMO 12gr of protein is not near enough protein.You should get at least 40 - 50 gr in after workout.As for before training,This stuff is a bit expensive and to be taking 3-4 serving per day is gonna hurt the pocket.If you are stinking rich or mommy or daddy is paying,Then sure,Go ahead.

I take my whey first thing in the morning and double serving straight after traing.

Ditch the ensure..its got too many sugars in it unless your using it strictly after workouts. Thats just me tho
