Yeah I am vegetarian and I want to start eating a lot of protein but its hard since I don't eat meat anymore. I was hoping if someone could tell me about foods that are high in protein but low in carbs, since im trying to lose weight. And I also was wondering if it was possible to go on a low-carb/keto diet if you're a vegetarian.

the keto vegetarian diet would be VERY difficult but possible. My brother is a vegetarian, actually, so I have an intimate knowledge with foods

Try:
Soy nuts (basically 1:1:1 carb:prot:fat)
any kind of bean
fish (if you eat fish)
tofu (0:2:1 carb:prot:fat)

cottage cheese/lowfat cheeses/milk/casein/whey are awesome as well
Weight: 179.6
Currently: bulking
BF%=11
