Protein Supplements

What type or brands of protein powders do you ladies use? I used to use Jay Robb's protein powder but they reformulated the recipe. It clumps like crazy now. I guess I need to buy a really good smoothie blender or something. Just looking for some alternatives. I am trying hemp powder right now but would like some other suggestions. I can't use anything with artificial sweetners as I find some of those (especially sucralose) make me sick to my stomach. Thanks in advance Liz http://www.hotwomenworkouts.com

I am not a lady, but Syntrax is a good american product, and Kaizen is good if you are able to get Canadian products.

Syntrax is good, I agree. I've gone affordable over the years and found that 6lbs at Costco of whey protein for $28 is a golden deal. 27grms of protein. Shake it up w/water and let's get ready to chisel.

I use Hemp protein and it tastes really good, sort of a nutty flavor. I mix it with unsweetened vanilla almond milk, whole yogart, handful of frozen berries and a spoonful of coconut oil. Its super good and it will fill you up.

I use Whey Factors and also Xtend ( contains sucralose, but I like the Koolaid taste!) Whey Factors does not have any added sugar or sweeteners. It does clump a bit not too bad with a small glass of milk. The strawberry was gross. The vanilla is good enough. I use it in my morning shakes. If I am in a hurry then a quick glass of milk with it. I use Greens+ bars for a quick snack sometimes after a work out. I love Muscle Milk RTD in my coffee. PS..... I have to add that I have started to use No carb ISOPURE whey in the past few days since I was only taking in half of my weight in protien per day and was told I need more so it was recommended to add that brand...I bought it and I do like it. Just a bit pricey, but so easy to get in more protein now with out all the creamy shakes. I will be switching to using that as my main whey supp. along with Whey factors or Muscle Milk for my creamy morning shakes. Sometimes I do have to add some GasX after the Isopure!
