Protein Shake

Well I have Body Fortress Protein (walmart I know). But what is good to mix it with? Is milk good? What do you guys use? It also seems REALLY powdery, just one scoop and a full glass of milk doesn't seem to cut it. Is it suppose to be that way? I see the powder in it and feel it on my tongue even after I stir. Any suggestions?

I use the same stuff, you just have to grit your teeth and bear it bro. The stuff is nasty, i got to wear i couldnt drink the chocolate without vomitting, but then i decided to go out on a limb and try the cookies and cream. I can actually bear that, so if it is available at your wal-mart try that. As for stuff to mix it with you can use peanut butter, oats, wheat germ, fruit etc. It all depends on your goals.

I love Body Fortress' whey. Cookies & cream is definitely the best flavor. Right now I have the vanilla flavor. I blend mine up with water, oats, and a banana.

I would use it up and move onto something more palatable. I'm using Body Tech whey protein which is great. I do the chocolate using 2% milk and sometimes a scoop of ice cream with it. LT

I drink Body Fortress "Vanilla" with either water or milk and it tastes great!

If you do move on to something else i would recommend looking into Dymatize Elite, they have tons of good flavors, or ON 100% whey. Both are very good and reasonably priced as long as you dont get them at GNC
