I thought I may have seen a post on this forum somewhat like this, but maybe not. But lately, I have been getting low on my Whey Protein, and I have been using some of it in the morning. I prefer it after my workout, but I do need some extra protein in the morning. Anyway, anybody have any good, effective protein shake recepies. Please, give me some that dont taste like sh*t.

You cant go wrong with whey, milk, fruit, and other things like oats and peanut butter. I pretty much stick to these ingredients. If you are looking for something to take in the morning to save your whey eat some eggs, meat, and milk, plus some carbs. Protein shakes are a great way to supplement protein intake but they are supposed to supplement, not replace. Eat whole foods first, supplement if you arent getting enough of the real stuff.
