yeah i have been comsidering getting some for awhile because i have been over training( coachs told me) for quite some time, i love to lift, when i get bord i lift, i was just wondering if i should or not, i know i am still going through puderty or what ever just want to work harder

17 years old, 170 pounds, 6' 2.5", really low body fat

i take a protein shake after work outs and creatine

I have looked on othere websites but it seems they just want to sell stuff, any help

I believe pro-hormones use is not recommended for those under 21, besides i think they're banned according to US laws.. anyways it's not recommended for thos under 21 'cause it may cause permanent hormonal imbalance, liver and kisneys damage (correct me if I'm wrong)..
Personally i would recommend you to stop lifting for 1 o 2 weeks, if you have been over-training for too long, consider even taking a month off..

prohormnes were banned by the federal government and are illegal to posses.  There is a loophole in the law it seems that at this moment allows companies to sell items they call prohormones HOWEVER they are in fact designer steroids and bring with them the same risks as any other anabolic-even if you can buy them legally off a website.

These are items that no teenager or someone without a lot of training experience (measured in years not months) should be considering.

Specific to your situation you must have a very fast metabolism.  You should begin to examine your nutrtion and training first

If you post it up in detail I would be happy to critigue

yeah thanks guys, thats what i was worrying about, but what about ZMA, not really hormone, but helps them
