yeah i have been comsidering getting some for awhile because i have been over training( coachs told me) for quite some time, i love to lift, when i get bord i lift, i was just wondering if i should or not, i know i am still going through puderty or what ever just want to work harder 17 years old, 170 pounds, 6' 2.5", really low body fat i take a protein shake after work outs and creatine I have looked on othere websites but it seems they just want to sell stuff, any help thanks

I believe pro-hormones use is not recommended for those under 21, besides i think they're banned according to US laws.. anyways it's not recommended for thos under 21 'cause it may cause permanent hormonal imbalance, liver and kisneys damage (correct me if I'm wrong).. Personally i would recommend you to stop lifting for 1 o 2 weeks, if you have been over-training for too long, consider even taking a month off..

yeah thanks guys, thats what i was worrying about, but what about ZMA, not really hormone, but helps them thoughts
