Latest progress after dropping my Bodyfat down. Lost about 13 pounds in weight. Not sure what my Percentage is? I know I need a tan. Am working on that having seen the pics. Beginning bulking again now!! [image]local://upfiles/834/E8BAC98EB1674693AFFE905535F11E1B.jpg[/image]

Definitely see some definition there- Can you get the pic quality a little higher though? I'm seeing pixels around your edges in the first few pics, not so much in the last one- I don't think that's a side effect of a cutting phase.

It looks like the face is blured out on purpose...

No, I'm not talking about that. I mean when you click on the pic and get the enlarged version, the edges of his arms look sorta pixelated to me- The hard work still shows through in the pics though, Tri cep. I'd like to know what BF% you're around these days...

Your JPEG compression is too high, it sacrifices the sharpness of edges between colors. Either lower the JPEG compression amount, or you can drop down to 256 colors and save it as a GIF. Color might come out weird, but at the least the edge detail will be clear.

Hi CPL, Thanks for the comments. I am not sure exactly what my BF% is at the moment. I don't trust the electrostatic thingy test and am going to get some calipers in the next couple of days. Will let you know the result as soon as I test it. Again thanks for the comments. Powerhaus: I will try and get the compression lowered and post the less jagged pics.

Very cool progress! Either the pic is distored or you have a big calf muscle. Since your last pics, you appear to have gained some size and definition. Nice job bro!

mda1125- Thanks for the comments. I was quite impressed with my calf in that shot. I have been working them hard and they seem to look bigger now I've lowered my BF%. I am glad you think I have mae some good gains and got some definition. I was worried I had lost too much in my cut. Any tips for me on my 2 month bulk that I am just starting? Again thanks for the comments.
