supplements are not going to help unless your diet is on track.  you should find out your maintance calories and then drop it by a couple of hundred and slowly adjust it until you are losing a few pounds of fat but not muscle.  i have heard a few good/bad things about lipo6 so idk there.  i took hot rox before and loved them.  as for the rip system, to me it looks like something to help cut a few pounds and dry out before a comppetition so i wouldn't take that.

If your diet is good and your doing cardio there is no reason why you wouldnt be able to lose the pounds that way. Have you tried tweaking your diet yet? Sitting in the sauna is good for loosing water weight, hence sweating, its not going to burn fat. You need to do some type of cardio. Your 17 there really is no way you should need any thermogenic product, your perfectly capable of loosing it the correct way.

***edit: Aside from the sauna being relaxing and cleansing, it can speed up your metabolism slightly, so its not completely pointless in terms of fatloss.
