If your diet is good and your doing cardio there is no reason why you wouldnt be able to lose the pounds that way. Have you tried tweaking your diet yet? Sitting in the sauna is good for loosing water weight, hence sweating, its not going to burn fat. You need to do some type of cardio. Your 17 there really is no way you should need any thermogenic product, your perfectly capable of loosing it the correct way. ***edit: Aside from the sauna being relaxing and cleansing, it can speed up your metabolism slightly, so its not completely pointless in terms of fatloss.
