You need to remove the layer(s) of fat covering your muscles. If you haven't done so already, you could include a cardio day in your routine where you use the treadmill for 45 minutes at around 65 - 75% MHR.

da punisher said nothing about retstricting fat in ur diet, he said u have to fix ur diet to lose fat. this means create a calorie deficit, not just take out fats, u always need fats. anyway. for theoneandonly what dapunisher said was right, but im not too sure about evolution. 45min. of cardio is not optimal for fat loss. interval training with high intensity and working out with high intensity is the way to go. with high intesity not only do u burn more calories during the exercise but most importantly u get an afterburn effect from it meaning that ur metabolism is raised for a long time after doing the exercise.

Yea i do cardio.  I get on the treadmill for 30 mins and the speed is 4.0.  Do u think that's fine or do I need to raise the time or something?

4 mph? You might want to try bumping it up to around 6 mph. 4 mph is like a quick walking speed. 6 is more of a jog/run. You burn more calories while running than walking.

doing too much cardio can cause muscle loss. also im surprised u only do 4.0mph. if i do interval running i switch between 10mph on a 3 incline and 3mph on a 3 incline, or if i do steady state i do like 8mph on a 1 incline but 4mph even if u are a beginner isnt very intense, every1 is different but i would still suggest that u go up in speed.

it sounds like im build the exact same way.  I am 5' 9'' and i weigh 150.  I have been bulking, and in that case, added fat has built up.  I have just started hitting the cardio hard at the gym, which you shud do to. this will lower your overall bodyfat, which will show your abs.

well my dad is on a fat loss program which he started 3 weeks ago, and he has lost 5lbs even though he has gained muscle. What you should do is on the treadmill say your sprint speed is 7.0 then do this:
warm up for 5 minutes on 5.0
walk at 2.0 for a minute
sprint at 7.0 for a minute
walk at 2.0 for 2 minutes
sprint at 7.0 for a minutes
walk at 2.0 for 2 minutes
Continue the sprint and walk cycle until, altogether including the warm up you reach 25 minutes.
Do this on alternate days so mon/wed/fri/sun/tues/thurs/sat for 3 weeks and you should lose around 5lbs although considering your diet is right.

yea what satty said is very good, however i would suggest sprinting and resting for equal times, thats what i do, unless ur just beginning. also a 5 min. cool down is good too ( for the example give if 2mph was ur walking then u would cool down at like 4-5mph or whatever u did the warm up as)

Is biking an option too? And for how long? 1 1/2 hours or 2 hours over medium grade and flat land... is that enough?

yea i defintely. if ur doing it intense enough u shouldnt need more than 30min. of hard work not including the warm up and cool down. even then i think thats alot. i normally do like 5 min. warm up and 5 min, cool down and 6 one minute intervals with 6 1 min. rest so its like 22min. in all. thats just my traditional  run but i mix it up and if ur doing the same thing all the time u should switch it up too.
