Yes i got a question about a problem area around my waist. I've been lifting wieghts for about 1 and a half years now and everythings been great, but the thing is that i can see my abs in the mirror from far away but my sides still stick out and i have a little bit buldge (not too big but just a little one) under my belly button. What can i do to get rid of this? I already lift twice a day (once in the monring and once b4 bed) and jump rope for 20 minutes after school, any tips?
