Here' s a great 3 part article on Pro-Hormones. While I' ve been told it does contain some inaccuracies.. it' s still a valid read for getting started.

I found it helpful in starting to understand what these supplements were, how to use them, side-effects and some basics on various stacks and what that means.

Ugg, the dreaded Big Cat series.

While this can give you *the basics* these articles have done more to perpetuate fallacies everywhere than anything I can thing of.

For example, NO ONE knows the relative percentage of oral bioavailibility of these prohormones, so any numbers you see are pure fiction.

There are other mistakes and misconceptions throughout, so please, if you read this, use it ONLY as a starting place and take EVERYTHING with a grain of salt (or three).

This forum and links contained will hopefully give our visitors a good foundation and to make it clear that researching and asking questions is encouraged over reading one article and taking it as the bible.

As with anything, it' s for an educational experience. Do not take anything as pure fact.

Marc, you' d be suprised how many times people have quoted that article as fact, even the parts that are fiction.

Which is exactly why we need guys like you posting. Show us the parts that are fiction and where to get the facts that prove such inaccuracies. Smile

A benefit of this new forum is that, it' s not cluttered with posts. So we can get right to the foundation, the good facts, the intelligent discussions and start people off in the right direction immediately rather then having to filter out hundreds of message posts.

This is but one article. I' m planning on finding as much good stuff as I can so that the advanced bodybuilder or individual interested in pro-hormones can get the jump start to educating themselves in a proper and responsible manner.

As you pointed out when you told me about the article, it' s a decent place to start if you just take it with a grain of salt and by no means quit there.

Maybe people in the past on other forums have quoted it as fact, but we don' t have to start this forum like that. We have no previous history. We can start this forum off right..

I' m hoping that for some members, this is their first visit to a bodybuilding/fitness message board. I' d like their experience to start off with a good foundation so that no matter where they go, they will question what they read and ask questions and get the facts rather then reading one ad, or one article and believing in it 100%.
