Ok im going to start from today because its the beginning of my cycle and update after every day

Today: Chest and Triceps

Chest
Flat Bench 155 3 sets of 8 (did them all clean no help needed will upgrdae to 160 on monday)
Flat Bench Dumbell 2 sets of 65 (needed serious help on rep 7-8 on both sets stay at weight and crank them out)
Incline Bench 115 3 sets of 8 (did them very easy def going up to 125 on monday)
Incline Dumbell 2 sets of 55 (needed help on reps 7-8 again hopefully ill get them up on monday)

Triceps
Pushdowns with rope did 70 3 sets of 8
Pushdowns with handle did 65 (each handle) 3 sets of 8
Then Tricep Pushdowns 140 3 sets of 8

Alot Of Abs
