usually before football practice i drink a Full Throttle or NOs energy drink for the extra "umph" .. idon reeli kno if they work but idc reelli  its like the "special drink" from space jam that get me goin. I was wonderin if it would be better if i took like a pre workot supp liike no explode or jacked or shot gun .. not those exact ones but sumthing like that before my practices.. what you guys think? would it be better or no diff

well i wouldnt take them before a practice but perhaps before a game suppose? but be aware that caffeine is on the list of banned substances if they find too much of it in your system

i kno its banned.. and i seriously thinks thats a stupid ban no lie..\ i just completed my whole freshman season in college without getting tested so.. caffeine is w.e .. its not roids.. but some days im just dead or tired from classes and stuff so i need a boost

Just be careful. I remember when I cycled Superpump I could not do cardio. It made me entirely too gasy and nauseated. It's not specifically intended for cardio, so if you do take it you might just want to minimize the serving size.
 
Oh yea, go with Jack3d. I think people might start getting sick of me saying this but its no joke.
