and also... sometimes i feel drained, i mean i work out twice a day basically. i graduated early so i could get a 4-5 month head start on working out. i used to be 245 due to me playing mike line backer. they want me to move to free safety, **** i want to move to free safety. it gets me excited....brian dawkins is my favorite player. i cut weight the right way, i only lost 10 pounds on my bench; if that... my goal is this. 4.49 forty yard dash 385 pound bench press.. so i have one more question as well... when i am tested and such...i want to look cut, physique wise...i want to impress the coaches... but i heard creatine will get me less ripped. ive never taken creatine before, but i dont want to lose any tone or anything, is it possible to maybe jus ttake it for a couple months then a month before i go to test i can just stop taking it and i wont really lose that much strenght? i mean i dont want to mislead myself by taking it thinking im benching 400 and im not. i got 4-5 months. let me know laters.

hey man whats going on, I currently play college football on the Division 3 level but I am making a successful transfer this coming spring to Temple. Im a fullback and I run a 4.7 right now and im 5'10.5 and 240lbs..Im not overly fast but very quick.. under a 4.5 is hard but possible. You might want to consider googling SPARQ training .. I went to the NIKE invitational camp my senior year. and there was a lot of sparq training techniques.. but Umm Interval training is great.. go to a track..sprint the straights and jog the curves...Straight leg dead lifts are great..LOTS of stretching...ummm PLYOS are always good.. wall runs..and wall jumps.. box jumps.. lunges are good.. NOW eastbay has speed stuff for football as well. the parachute is awsome.. you run witha parachute on you against the wind.. and u run fullspeed then u pull a latch and the parachute latches off and u just FLY! forward... those are great and I will be doing them this summer. ask me more

i went to this trainer and all he did was tell me that my left leg is stronger than my right. im so pissed lol 100 bucks... i ran a 4.54 and the dude is like ok u need to come 3 more sessions and then we will do speed workouts.. then im like, so i got to pay you 300 more bucks so u can get my right leg stronger in order to get rid of a balance issue when i can easily do that on my own... i just think trainers are ridiculous now... so now ima head to a previous nfl player, i figure if ima pay someone 100 bucks a session for some dumbass info, it might as well be from someone who got where i want to go. and thanks fullbakc for that info. i like the interval training u said, i will do that... i think thats fun haha.

On the diet, it looks great. As long as you are actually that strict.
