Just putting some numbers in for now I will lift in the Morning and begin to share the workouts with the world. Im new at this site so we will see how this goes.

2x10 Board Bench press 225lbs
3x10 Incline Dumbell Press 100lb dumbells
5x10 Bent over rows 135 lbs
2x10 Lateral and front shoulder extensions
2x10 lat pull downs 150lbs
3x10 ez bar curls
3x10 reverse pull ups

For anybody that wonders i do a power lift almost every day along with an upper body day and a lower body day.
