Ok check this out guys.  Right before I lift (if i do cardio i do it on empty stomach) i eat a kashi go lean bar turtle roll 190 cals 50 from fat (non sat) 28g carbs (whole grain)  12g protein, 6g fiber fills me up great, then for after workout check this out

some steamed veggies + 3oz shrimp + 5oz chicken breast cooked boneless skinless + mushrooms+ 1 cup white rice + mixed and cooked soo good, + brocolli, + 1 plum tomato, and a little later maybe some berries or an apple. 
Oh and hookah + tea to relax me b4 bed. 
What do you think?

isn't there 30mg of cafein in tea on average, so wouldn't that be bad for sleep ?

I drink this night time tea I got at trader joe's.  It says there's no caffeine in it at all.  It helps a little bit.  I didn't know tea had this much caffeine though.

Yea, I was watching a show, and they were saying how tea contains as much caffeine as coffee. But don't just avoid it because of that. They said that tea contained an extra ingredient, or something so the caffeine doesn't affect you.

Oooo that's cool.  I was gonna say the caffeine in tea never hits me. I wonder what that ingredient is.

here is the post workout meal that i have. it is pretty good and i've gotten some good gains - its cheap too :)
