I'm new to the post and somewhat new to body building.

After years of neglect to my body I join a gym in late febuary and stated to work out.

I'm 6'4 and weighed 268lbs.  Now I'm down to 260lbs, which I'm happy with because I've lost inces everywhere and am a hell of a lot stronger and can see muscle results.

I base my workouts on a three day rotation with cardio ( fat burn ) and weight lifting.

Day 1: 15 min of cardio & 1-2 hours of weights.
Day 2: 1 hour of cardio
Day 3: 1 hour of cardio


Here's what I take for supplements

Day 1: when I wake up 23g whey w/water.  30 min before workout 5mg creatine w/ gatorade.  Post workout 46g whey w/water.  Before bed 46g whey w/water and multivitamin.

Day 2: when I wake up 46g whey w/water. 30 min before workout 5mg creatine w/ gatorade.  Post workout 46g whey w/water.  Before bed 46g whey w/water and multivitamin.

Day 3: when I wake up 46g whey w/water. 30 min before workout 5mg creatine w/ gatorade.  Post workout 46g whey w/water.  Before bed 23g whey w/water and multivitamin.


I am looking for anyones opinions and recommendations here for my supplement intake.

Would Glutamine be benificial?? If so, how much and when to take it.

well your supplements look pretty solid, but i would highly reccomend taking another 5g of creatine right after your workout as well as before and you will see much better results. stay on the multivitamin and the whey, and you could get a NO product that would gelp give you a better pump in the gym. personally id reccomend black powder but i liked nano vapor and i have heard good things about no shotgun and no-xplode.
