Pre-Workout Supplement and the S***z
-

I have been using Superpump250 for a little over the week now and have had trouble keeping food in my body let alone eating at all without getting sick 30 minutes later. As many of you know a bunch of pre workout supplements give people the s***z but I really cant handle it. I really like the benefits but can not deal with the side effects, is there any pre-workout supplements that dont give ppl a horrible case of the s***z? If not what are some ways that I can stomach these supplements? Thank you

I usually have a small snack while drinking my pre-workout something like peice of fruit, handful of nuts. Make sure you only have one scoop maybe even try half a scoop if one scoop is giving you the sh!tz. Also dont drink it down real fast just drink it cassualy works for me because im currently taking superpump and had no trouble( and even size on gave me bad bad squirts)
Pain is weakness leaving the body

Man, wrong thread to read during breakfast. :( Srsly, I usually have to ramp up when I try a new supplement, Start w/half serving and then slowly increase. Even then, every once in a while things don't sit well, usually when my stomach is empty. Something substantial like a banana or bowl of cereal an hour before helps me. Good luck!

Try eating a little bit of oatmeal or a banana like a half hour before you take your pre-workout supp. Both the oatmeal and the banana are full of soluble fiber which stop the contractions of your gut that causes diarrhea.

I used to have the same issue when I started no xplode ( my first NO product ever ) I farted constantly, had to **** 3 times per workout and got a nice caffeine crash afterwards. Once your body adapts to it you wont have that problem. As others suggested, use smaller doses then ramp up OR do what I did. Do 1 scoop before workout then 1 scoop during.. that way you get MORE water and the same amount of n.o.
