Motivation gets you started. Determination keeps you going. Anger fuels you and never lets you stop.

To be the best, you must train for the worst.

I drink this night time tea I got at trader joe's.  It says there's no caffeine in it at all.  It helps a little bit.  I didn't know tea had this much caffeine though.

Yea, I was watching a show, and they were saying how tea contains as much caffeine as coffee. But don't just avoid it because of that. They said that tea contained an extra ingredient, or something so the caffeine doesn't affect you.

Oooo that's cool.  I was gonna say the caffeine in tea never hits me. I wonder what that ingredient is.
