Well as my subject title shows I take naNOx9 before I workout and Halo after. Both have been working well for me but I want to know if there was anything else out there that would be good to throw into the mix for putting on a bit more weight/muscle? Im 165lbs trying to get to about 175-180lbs. Im aabout 10-11% bodyfat at the current moment and im 5'8''. I lift mainly for my own appeal and to keep myself in shape. And please tell me your thoughts on naNox9 and Halo if there is something better out there.

The only thing that will put a lot of weight on you healthy is just whole foods and a lot of lifting. There's a few good supplements- Creatine monohydrate or micronized creatine, then there's whey protein, muscle milk or another casein shake that involves slow releasing proteins.. then there's multi-vitamins, just take one of those, all you need really. What's your routine and diet look like?

muscletech= garbage. Back in high school id go to the gym, do what an average high schooler would do, take the supplements that are on posters and advertised everywhere and expect to get gains. thats not the case in reality, A GOOD DIET, good techniqe, proper range or motion within your excersises, and patients is what will get you proper gains. just takes time and hard hard work and didication is KEY
You eat, you lift, you heal, YOU GAIN!!
