Pre-Contest and Skim Milk?? - Saturday, April 12, 2003 1:53 PM
I am a little over 4 weeks out from my contest and I am just curious about using skim milk in my coffee?
Is this ok, or should I switch to non-dairy creamer?
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

a little skim milk isn' t going to set you back, unless you are drinking several pots of coffee a day. But I wouldn' t worry about a little skim milk.

What competition are you doing?

Dairy products are good for putting on size, but in my opinion and the opinion of many others take them out of your diet pre-contest.Even if skim milk has no fat ,dairy products tend to " smooth" you out giving the skin a thick appearance.
