hmm.. i consider myself decently strong in most areas back when i weighed 180 I benched 305 as my max. You should be able to bench your own body weight 10 times IMO to at least be in shape... squats right now?? i have no idea b/c I don't max right now on HST... but I can squat 205 well past the halfway point 10 times. deadlifts? again, don't know. I just started recently doing them and don't want to hurt myself. My last deadlift routine was 2 sets of 15 reps with 155 lbs. (sounds sucky, but with perfect form it was difficult) shoulder press BB - 185lbs in front - I can press that 6 times shrugs - 100 lb DB's in each hand - 10 times or more biceps - I can curl 100 lbs multiple times. that's all I can think of right now
