I don't consider myself strong at all my totals are in my sig. I think that someone who is strong can bench close to double they're body weight
Height 5'10"
Weight 200lbs
Incline bench press 300
curl 115 5 times sitting down
Skull crushers 105 lbs 12 times 4 sets
One arm Bent over row 90 lb dumbell 4x12
Body fat 14.2

Idk what i consider myself but here are my lfits

Bench - 260
squat - 450 (this isnt acurat becuase i did 335 9 times on friday)
Hangclean - 245  
powerpress - 260

hmm.. i consider myself decently strong in most areas

back when i weighed 180 I benched 305 as my max.  You should be able to bench your own body weight 10 times IMO to at least be in shape...  

squats right now?? i have no idea b/c I don't max right now on HST...  but I can squat 205 well past the halfway point 10 times.

deadlifts?  again, don't know.  I just started recently doing them and don't want to hurt myself.  My last deadlift routine was  2 sets of 15 reps with 155 lbs. (sounds sucky, but with perfect form it was difficult)

shoulder press BB - 185lbs in front - I can press that 6 times

shrugs - 100 lb DB's in each hand - 10 times or more

biceps - I can curl 100 lbs multiple times.

My max bench is 235. Squats are 435. Deadlifts are 405.

just got done with a routine, got me from 240ish to 260ish, strong for me. i was hoping to be at 300 by now, but i was sick for over a month and had a lot of catching up to do
1 rep max: 260 lbs
Goal: 300 lbs
Been lifting for 9 years, still going

yeah ive been getting sick a lot these past days and it sux. im hopin to add 15 lbs to my max in 5 weeks.
